The atmosphere during classes is pleasant and calm. In order to bring about a harmonious learning experience, emphasis is given to concentration and repetition of techniques as well as the joy procured from practice,as these element combined ensure that the practitioner will progress.

As is the case for all martial arts, respect for one’s training partners is a value we hold in high regard.

We offer a structured approach to teaching. An overview of the student program per grade can be viewed by clicking on the progress tab.
